ARE MERCER UNIVERSITY COUNSELORS MANDATED TITLE IX REPORTERS?
No. Unlike other staff or faculty at Mercer, counselors at CAPS are able to provide a space for students to confidentially disclose a sexual assault and for the student to arrive at a decision whether or not to report the incident.
